An enthusiastic and heartfelt greeting from the IMPACT Convention Team. We hope this email uplifts you from wherever you are. Are you still thinking about weather you should register you, your children, your loved one for this event? Don't take our word for it, take the words of some of those who went to the inaugural IMPACT Convention last year;
Karen, a participant at IMPACT 16
"I went to the Impact Convention last year and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I made many new friends and more importantly it helped me to strengthen the relationships that I already had through the various talks and praise and worship sessions."
"One of the greatest highlights at the Convention would be the epic game of capture the flag mixed with a paint war and water balloon fight."
"I remember a talk where Julian talked to us about working on our strengths and work at a time when the ideas start flowing even if it is late at night. This was the best piece of advice I was given and it came at a particularly good time because as a four year drama student, ideas come at many different times. I remember earlier this year I started writing ideas in the dark and I ended up receiving a more than decent amount of marks. His words still ring in my mind today."
"I believe this convention changed me in many ways. The most important way it did change me however was giving me a new perspective on going to church. I am a teenager who was born a Catholic and was forced to go to church. Now, I want to go to church and have a relationship with God. Hearing the leaders give their talks and giving their experiences about their changed lives was the seed for my change and understanding my faith has become an easier thing to do. At the convention, I was in an environment where quite a few people were going through approximately the same thing as me. People who were almost in the same situation as me, questioning their faith, with a want to learn more about God and how to have a relationship with him."
Adam, a parent whose child went to IMPACT
Last year I sent my two kids to the Impact Convention. They weren't too happy about it at first but by the first day they had warmed to it. By the second day they were raving about it. By the third day they gave it 10 out 10 and told me to book them for 2017. I can't recommend this convention enough. Just check out my daughter's post below. That explains it all.
"How can I explain how life changing you guys are. I love all of you and I know most of you aren't going to see this! You all made me feel comfortable around people I have never met before. you made everything life changing.
I wish others could experience the time I had. I can't explain how awesome it was, you guys are unbelievably awesome. Thank you for bringing the Lord close to me! Dab! - Written by my daughter the day after IMPACT Convention.
