YMCA Swimathon this weekend at the Whitlam Centre, Liverpool!

     "Coach, show us how it's done".

     That's what I like to think is meant when they say: "Well YOU get in and do it!"

     Finally a chance to encourage "coach" to get in the water.

     Ante up to see if I will blow a gasket this Sunday.
