Contact Simonette Bunder 4227 5637 12 – 14 November Women's Weekend of Prayer "I believe there is no alternative for women except contemplation, if they are to avoid the trivialization of their own religious experience... The contemplative love experience, which is beyond conscious control and is not given on demand, is concerned not for the image of God...but with God...What is critical to see is that one has to allow the experience to take place through a love that is gradually welling up from the ground of one's being." Constance Fitzgerald in Women's Spirituality edited by Joann Wolski Conn The Retreat is for women, by women, with women. Retreatants will participate in contemplative silence, communal prayer and reflection on women's ways of prayer which enrich the weekend.
